We believe specialty care should be accessible and affordable.

We offer comprehensive diabetes support for children and adults in Montana.

New patient appointments are 60 minute in-person visits. Follow-up appointments can be done in-person or via telehealth (30-45 minutes in length).

If you are new to Summit Diabetes Center--even if you've seen Molly or Claire in a different clinic--please select "New Patient" to allow for enough time to be seen in the new practice at your first appointment. You will not be billed (by insurance) as a new patient unless your last visit with Molly or Claire (in a different clinic) was >/= 3 years ago.

We accept many commercial payers, Medicaid, and Medicare (see details below).

For uninsured or underinsured patients we offer a flat fee per visit.

**Fee for service pricing:

--$299 new patient visit (A1C & CGM review included)

--$199 follow-up visit (A1C & CGM review included)

--$50 CGM/data review w/o visit

*Please note: if using flat fee/visit, we will not bill insurance and payment is due at time of service.

*As of 10/18/2026:

We are currently awaiting Medicare coverage (expected in the next 30-60 days); Triwest/Tricare &

our coverage with UHC will be active in mid-November
